The International Pulp & Paper Week continues the long traditions of exhibitions for the pulp and paper industry that have been organised by Adforum since 1968. The trade fair will have a clear focus on the pulp and paper industry and offer first class business opportunities and a source of inspiration for exhibitors and visitors alike. The last event in May 2011, gathered 650 exhibiting companies in 230 stands and 9064 visitors from 56 different countries. In 2016, the International Pulp and Paper Week is part of the International Wood Biorefining Week, which includes two other events in the same hall: The Bioeconomy Innovation Forum and World Bioenergy.
